We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is processed by us exclusively in accordance with legal data protection regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

On our website, personal data is collected only to the technically necessary extent. Permanent storage of personal user data does not take place.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted on a dedicated server by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision of the website)
  • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting service provider.

4. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

a) Contact

If you contact us via our contact form, by email, or by phone, we process the following data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content

Purpose of Processing:

  • Handling and responding to your inquiry
  • Follow-up in case of further questions

Legal Basis:

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation or fulfillment of a contract)
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (our legitimate interest in efficient communication)

The transmitted data will be deleted after final processing of the inquiry, provided there are no legal retention obligations.

b) Cookies

We use exclusively technically necessary cookies on our website, which are required for the operation and user-friendly use of the website.

Purpose of Cookies:

  • Management of admin login
  • Storage of language selection for user-friendly content display

Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and user-friendly provision of the website).

The cookies are automatically deleted either after the end of the session or after a defined period.

No cookies are used for analysis, marketing, or tracking purposes.

c) Integration of Videos

We embed videos on our website to present content appealingly. We use:

  • YouTube Videos in enhanced privacy mode: Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland

In enhanced privacy mode, a connection to YouTube's servers is only established when you actively play a video. Your IP address is transmitted to YouTube in this process.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing and informative presentation of our content).

  • Locally Hosted Videos: Additionally, we offer videos hosted directly on our server. In this case, no data is transmitted to third parties.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Note: We do not store personal data permanently, so these rights are generally not relevant.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously adapted in line with technological developments.

7. Is There an Obligation to Provide Data?

Providing personal data is generally not required for using our website. Only for using the contact form are the mentioned data necessary to process your inquiry.

8. Data Protection Officer

There is no legal obligation to appoint a data protection officer, as the legal requirements for this are not met.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy in case of changes in the legal situation or our website. The current version can always be found on this page.
